supostify

supostify is a web scraper that notifies you about new postings on SUPost. Built using Node.js, I made this scraper when my friends and I were in search of last-minute summer housing. The script works by specifying a category in question and then sifting through the site’s HTML tree structure to see if there are any new posts that match the category. Once a post is found, a push notification via IFTTT is triggered.
